SOUTH SYDNEY RABBITOHS Journey To NRL History
The South Sydney Rabbitohs rugby league team is one of the most historic NRL clubs in Australia.
Based out of Redfern the Rabbitohs have sketched their picture into NRL history. Winning 21 Grand Final appearances the team has won more premierships than any other club in the NRL.
Winning their first Grand Final in 1908, and their last Premiership in 2014, this team has been a major force in the NRL competition in Australia.
The Team’s History
The team was first inducted into the NRL competition in 1908, winning the premiership in the same year.
The club has had great luck in securing sponsors over the years, in 2006 the famous Australian actor Russell Crowe bought a 75% stake in the team.
