The Eels went in as heavy favourites against the Sharks in round two of the NRL competition. Parramatta played some very ordinary football. With a lot of mistakes, dropped balls, missed tackles and didn’t seem to gel at in the backline. Parramatta appeared on paper and in their first game to be serious contenders for a NRL premiership win this year. After their loss to the Sharks in round 2 this hope is looking unrealistic.

Why Parramatta Is Tipped To Loose

Parramatta did not play well against the Cronulla Sharks. The Parramatta Eels went into the game heavily back to win and did not show up and play good football. After this disappointing loss, we might not see tipsters or bookmaker back this team for some time until we start seeing better rugby league being played. They showed a lack of discipline that you see in ordinary teams, not in NRL potential premiership-winning teams.
