Predictions 

In this premier league match-up we have Liverpool hosting Manchester United at Anfield, this match is important for both teams as Liverpool look to try and find their way back into the top half of the table and Manchester United try to keep themselves in the title fight. But I believe it might be a draw but possibly a win for Manchester United.

Liverpool’s team form

Liverpool’s recent form has been something the fans would like to talk about after seven games they have three wins, three loses and one draw amongst those losses Liverpool did lose five to two against Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League round of sixteen but they are coming off a two goal win against Wolves in the Premier League.

Manchester United’s team form 

Manchester United on the other hand are coming off really good form and are also on an unbeaten run as they have five wins out of their seven games with only two draws but Manchester United have been on a wonderful run ever since they appointed Eric Ten Hag as their manager at the start of the season.

The players Injured for Manchester United are as follows Christian Eriksen out with an ankle injury that will keeping the danish player out until late April, Donny Van de Beek is out with a knee Injury and that will keep the Dutch man out for the whole 2022/23 season, Anthony Martial is back in training after suffering a hip injury three weeks ago but they also have picked up one minor setback as Jadon Sancho the Englishmen has picked up a small fever and will possibly miss the season

While as Liverpool have six Injuries they are as follows: Arthur the Brazilian midfielder on loan from Juventus at Liverpool has picked up a thigh injury and will be out for only a few days, their young starlet Calvin Ramsay he picked up a knee injury back in early February and will return to training early June, they have also lost one of their defender Joe Gomez who picked up a little knock and will return to training in a few days, Luis Diaz their Colombian winger who picked up a knee injury back in October last year and will return midway this month, Naby Keita the midfielder has picked up a knock and will be doubtful for a return this year and lastly their Spanish Midfielder Thiago who picked up a muscle injury back in February and will return midway this month.

Manchester United’s player form

The main players in-form for Manchester United are Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford has fourteen goals in twenty-four games with an expected goal rate of 9.89 which is the highest in Manchester United this season with Bruno on the other hand he has the top pass rate in Manchester United a 6.41 expected assists with also a 77% pass accuracy which is the highest in the team this season.

The players in-form for Liverpool is the Egyptian Winger Mohamed Salah who is the current record for the most of goals in one season but he has a 11.30 expected goal rate and his performances so far this season has been really impressive but it’s sad to see where the team is at the backend of this season.
